Placing an order •To place an order you can do this by calling on tel..01828 633170 and have an order filled out manually or you can place an order on line by clicking the add to cart buttons next to the various items, this will give you a virtual shopping basket which you can add goods to or remove goods from. If an item is sold out then the add to cart buttons will have been deleated until the goods are available again, if the goods are out of stock you will have the option to buy them but you will have to wait until they are back in stock, you will also have the option to buy pre-order goods, please accept that sometimes pre-order dates are moved back by the manufactures and this is out of our control, we will always keep the site updated with the latest information. •Once your order is together please read through our terms and conditions certificate and tick the box to continue, you will then move on to the checkout page where you will be asked to enter your payment details and delivery address, this is a secure checkout and none of your financial information can be shared, please make sure that you select the correct shipping option either mainland UK or EU Standard shipping, if you select an incorect shipping option we may ask you to pay the balance before shipping your goods, finally you will be directed back to the index page and your order will be compleate. A Note On Pre-Orders Estimated Arrival dates are supplied by the manufacturers and are subject to change (and usually do!). We will attempt to keep the website as up to date as possible, and will change the estimated release dates, as soon as we receive confirmation from our suppliers of any change. Returns Policy/Faulty goods
• If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame then contact us immediately as we can check on their progress and find out the cause of any delay. • If your goods arrive to you damaged, broken or faulty then you must contact us immediately so that we can arrange to have them collected from you and or replaced, if you fail to contact us within 7 days of receipt then you are at fault and we may not replace or refund your item, you may also then be liable for any return shipping fees. •Any items that have been damaged or broken in their transit to you will be replaced or a credit will be arranged. •Any items damaged afterthey have been delivered to you and are in your care will not be covered. We check that our goods are complete and in good order before we ship them, we advise that you check your goods upon receipt as we cannot usually refund or replace any items once 7 days have passed in your care. •In the case of an item been replaced but areplacement not been available, we will arrange either store credit or a refund, we will always try to work with you and reach an amicable outcome but please take in to account that we only have a certain time limit to put claims in with our suppliers and shipping company's, we are a small firm and cannot afford to be out of pocket ourselves.
