Payment – Terms & Conditions
• All items must be paid for in full before anything is dispatched.
• Items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque is cleared (this can take typically 5 working days).
• On pre orders and items ordered specially. You will be expected to put down a minimum of a ten per-cent deposit and the remainder of the balance will have to be paid upon arrival of the goods in to stock. If no payment is made within a ten day period the deposit is forfeited.
• Payments can be made in the following ways however paypal is the preferred means.
• Paypal.
• Cash upon collection.
• Cheque.
• Postal order.
• Bank transfer.

Postage – Terms & Conditions
• All postal prices are in Great British Pounds and are for postage within Mainland U.K.
• Postage prices are based on the weight of the goods ordered, this allows us to provide extra packaging on more expensive items and covers us for the cost of posting multiple items.
• Postage is available for overseas (E.U) and Worldwide but prices will vary due to weight and dimensions. Price is on application.
• Postage will be recorded and tracked within the U.K.
• If contacted discount for postage of multiple items can be discussed
• Larger items may be dispatched by courier service, in which case a telephone number will be required from the purchaser
• All items that we dispatch are insured to the value of the item.
• Items are available for buyer pick-up at a time and date arranged between buyer and seller (Jedi Collectables).

Returns Policy
• On all of our products from a single figure to a Millennium Falcon we send them all recorded, Tracked and Insured.
• If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame then contact us immediately as we can check on their progress and find out the cause of any delay.
• If your goods arrive to you damaged or broken then you must contact us immediately so that we can arrange to have them collected from you. Any items that have been damaged or broken in their transit to you but not damaged after they have been received will be replaced. However, should a replacement not be available, we will arrange either store credit or a refund.
